In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "87pcom", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the website accessible at https://87pcom.org and all associated mobile applications and services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 87pcom platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the unique registered account created by a Player on the 87pcom platform.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Registration of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. 87pcom uses device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to detect multiple accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances or pending bonuses forfeited without compensation.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number, and a functional email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 87pcom will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login details.

• Notify 87pcom immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for additional security.
• Ensure your registered contact details remain current at all times.

87pcom reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to suspend your Account pending verification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in permanent Account closure.

All financial transactions on 87pcom are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 87pcom does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and match your verified 87pcom account identity.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 2–10 minutes following approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• KYC Requirement: Your first withdrawal requires completed CNIC-based identity verification. Subsequent withdrawals may require re-verification at 87pcom's discretion.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus-derived winnings are only eligible for withdrawal once applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

87pcom reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 87pcom may request additional documentation before proceeding.

87pcom offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from the Account automatically.
• 87pcom reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and sports betting contributions vary by promotion.
• Where a Player requests a withdrawal before satisfying the wagering requirements on an active bonus, 87pcom may, at its discretion, remove the bonus and any winnings attributable to that bonus prior to processing the withdrawal.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash (unless wagering requirements are met), or combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.

All bets and wagers placed on 87pcom are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before confirming any wager. 87pcom will not be liable for errors made by a Player in placing a bet.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. Applicable limits are displayed at the point of wagering.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a gaming session, 87pcom's server-side records shall be the definitive record of all game outcomes and wager results.
• 87pcom reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price or under clearly incorrect conditions (e.g., incorrect odds caused by a data feed error).
• For sports betting, all markets are governed by the specific sport and event rules published in the sportsbook section. In-play bets are accepted at 87pcom's discretion and may be suspended at any time.
• Game outcomes for all casino titles are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and are not influenced by previous results, player history, or account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 87pcom platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.

In no event shall 87pcom's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.

87pcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Placing of bets in a manner that 87pcom reasonably believes constitutes abuse or manipulation of the platform.

Upon Account termination for cause, any balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits net of any fraudulent activity may be returned at 87pcom's discretion following investigation. Players may also choose to close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support.

87pcom reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 87pcom will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.
